I was looking for an organization where the lead management was truly committed to the success and development of their business in all services they provide, but specifically the finance and accounting division. With their tenured experience and background in finance and recruitment in general, it was a smart choice to join an organization that was growing and committed to the quality of their service.
For me, it was all about the culture at Impact Recruitment. I had decided to make the move from the Fraser Valley to downtown Vancouver, but I wasn’t about to do it if the job wasn’t exactly right. After meeting with several people at Impact, I just knew. The company was buzzing with energy and excitement; a tight-knit group of individuals full of passion and drive. I’ve learned so much from the Impact team, and continue to learn more every day.
I joined Impact Recruitment after four and a half years in the Construction Management field in Vancouver. I am able to use my front line construction experience to find our Clients the best talent available and ensure I gain an in-depth understanding of every candidate’s skill set. I love the challenge of finding the right person for each job, the positivity that goes along with finding our Client a great new team member, and the satisfaction of helping a candidate take a positive step forward in their career!
